Service

HireBias Audit provides software for AI hiring tool inventory, adverse impact calculations, 4/5 rule review, risk scoring, and report drafting. The service does not provide legal advice, guarantee regulatory approval, guarantee hiring outcomes, or replace professional review.

Customer obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and permissions for data you submit. You must not submit data you are not authorized to process, use the service for unlawful discrimination, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or misrepresent generated reports as legal advice.

Plans and payment

Plan prices are shown before checkout. Annual billing is discounted compared with monthly billing. NOWPayments processes crypto payments and may require network confirmations before the service is marked paid. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and network fees may not be recoverable.

Refunds and cancellations

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days. Refund requests are reviewed in good faith and may be denied when service access, audit generation, or substantial work has already been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds may be issued through a practical payment method and may exclude third-party network or processor fees.

Compliance responsibility

Reports, scores, and recommendations are decision-support materials. Customers remain responsible for employment decisions, notices, legal interpretations, validation strategy, documentation retention, and consultation with counsel where appropriate.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, security controls, plans, and documentation to improve the service or respond to legal, operational, or security needs.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that use of the service will satisfy any specific regulator, court, agency, or buyer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireBias Audit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, employment claims, regulatory penalties, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
